原小区也是要测量的啊，在25.133中有这句话：
the UE shall measure the CPICH Ec/Io and CPICH RSCP level of the serving cell and evaluate the cell selection criterion S defined in [1] for the serving cell at least every DRX cycle.

协议中有点不明白的地方不知道您能不能给解答，先谢谢了。
25.133中说：The UE shall measure CPICH Ec/Io and CPICH RSCP at least every TmeasureFDD ，终端测量这两个值是周期的，
但在25.304说：
If Sx > Sintrasearch, UE need not perform intra-frequency measurements. If Sx <= Sintrasearch, perform intra-frequency measurements.当满足条件才测量同频邻区，是不是矛盾了还有帮忙看下这句话怎么理解：The UE shall filter the CPICH Ec/Io and CPICH RSCP measurements of the serving cell using at least 2 measurements, which are taken so that the time difference between the measurements is at least TmeasureFDD/2
